About This Website
This website features legal and political commentary, along with anything else I want to comment on. Some legal commentary will reflect what I generally interpret the law to be, while other legal commentary will reflect my normative belief on what the law should be. To the extent that any of my commentary reflects my normative opinion, that opinion generally comes from an unapologetic libertarian conservative perspective, which you can learn more about here.
While it may be difficult to discern the truth, the truth exists, otherwise there would be no point in holding opinions, making choices, and otherwise living. While impassioned advocacy is an essential part of a well-constructed and well-thought out argument, I will never persist in asserting an argument which is not true, and I will remain open to other points of view. As best as I can, I will acknowledge strong and weak arguments on both sides, and even when I disagree with readers, I will respect their various points of view.
